I would certainly call myself an unconventional therapist, as I believe in getting to the root and core of a challenge using a variety of different methods. Some may call it Shadow Work, some may call it spiritual psychotherapy, however, there are root causes that have existed since childhood that we developed coping mechanisms for. As we age, we get triggered more and more until we are able to heal the root causes with compassion and love. My job is to guide you into the depths of yourself, to learn about who you are as a soul-being, and to heal the parts of you that are holding you back from living the life you deserve.

Using a holistic approach to healing…
Holistic therapy is an integrative approach that focuses on the relationship between mind, body, and spirit, attempting to understand and address the ways issues in one aspect of a person can lead to concerns in other areas. I choose to incorporate various modalities during a counselling session as I feel that challenges don’t always just remain in the mind. Sometimes trauma and challenges can be stuck in the body as well. Through my professional development over the last few years, I have been able to amalgamate my clinical modalities with alternative modalities, including mindfulness, reiki, and body talk to gain a better understanding of the client and where the root of those challenges lie.
