It is no mystery why breath work and meditation have existed for centuries and is making a recurrence in the mainstream. Although, it is difficult to start meditation, the effect breath work has on stress, brain health, respiratory health and the body are unmatched. As an individual who has meditated for 10 years, I like to keep in mind the beginning journey and create a foundation for those ready to embark on the meditation and breath work journey. There is no better place to start than in a group- the energy of like minded- individuals is something that can make starting meditation easier, which is why I started to run meditation groups.

Monthly Meetings
Due to popularity of these groups, I take up to 15 people comfortably. The hour session begins with intention setting, guided breath work to start building foundations of meditation, and then a guided meditation. Whatever your level of meditation is, I aim for it to be flexible to your needs. While in meditation, I will be moving around the room providing reiki to alleviate any lingering energy in and around your body.
